What Influences a Quotation
DBF does not work from generic packages or a fixed public price list. Every quotation is scoped individually according to the transport requirements and level of coordination involved.
Pricing can be influenced by the type and number of vehicles required, journey distance, operating hours, passenger volumes, waiting time, schedule complexity, special requirements and the number of transport movements involved.
Most importantly, DBF is not simply quoting vehicles. We are quoting a coordinated transport operation.
Every confirmed mission is assigned a dedicated remote coordination operator who manages the operation from preparation through execution. When required — or when preferred by the client — DBF can also provide on-site coordination to oversee passenger movements and transport operations directly at the location.

Coordination Is Part of the Service
Every DBF mission has a dedicated coordination point.
Before operations begin, your DBF operator prepares the mission, coordinates the relevant transport partners, confirms operational details and centralizes communication.
During execution, the operator remains the coordination point for the mission, helping manage schedules, drivers, passenger movements and operational changes.
For events, complex movements or projects where a physical presence is preferred, an on-site DBF coordinator can also be included in the proposal.
The level of coordination is therefore adapted to the mission — but coordination itself is at the heart of every DBF service.

The more we understand about your project, the more accurately we can design the transport plan and quotation.

Tell us when transportation is required, including expected pickup times, arrival times, operating windows and whether vehicles need to remain available between movements.
02 — Locations & Routes
Provide the main origins and destinations, along with any intermediate stops such as airports, hotels, offices, venues, restaurants or meeting points.
03 — Passengers & Groups
Let us know the expected number of passengers and whether they will travel together or in separate groups with different schedules or requirements.
04 — Service Requirements
Tell us about any specific expectations, including VIP passengers, vehicle preferences, luggage volumes, accessibility needs, meet-and-greet requirements or other operational considerations.
05 — Coordination Requirements
Let us know whether remote coordination is sufficient or whether you would also like DBF personnel present on site during the operation.

The agreed quotation is based on the confirmed project scope. If the requirements later change — for example additional vehicles, extended operating hours, new routes or additional on-site coordination — DBF will communicate any resulting adjustment to the scope and price.
